The room is okay, very small for 3 persons, tiny shower room with non transparent glass door. It okay to stay for 1-2 nights good value for money. The staff needs to be trained more. At the reception especially Snow was a bit demanding asking for passports right now, despite explaining that they are in the luggage. She offered to open it in the lobby on the floor in front of all customers. Finally she agreed to check in and get the room, then I brought our passports in 10min. It was just a matter of an agreement, but unfortunately it was proposed by me not by the hotel. P It seems they are very strict with passports, but it could be requested in a more polite way. Anyway the room was clean, beds compfy. However breakfast is quite poor. Lobby is small but comfortable to seat for a while.
Initially there were some problems with the room upon arrival (kettle was broken, bathtub shower was not draining, a/c fan was loud). But once each issue was raised with staff, Rosie took care of everything with other staff members to make sure my stay was comfortable. She issued a new room, let me take a look at it in advance, address questions about how to operate the a/c fan so it's quieter, bring in a fan to the room as well. She even gave me info on where to find the real honey in Vietnam. Thank you!
Stayed here with my family for 7 nights and 8 days, and we had a great experience! They even upgrade 1 of the rooms we booked with them to a bigger room. Location: Super convenient—lots of restaurants around, a convenience store right beside the building, and just a 3–5 min walk to the beach. Easy to get around. Staff & Service: Staff were very friendly, hospitable, and quick to assist. Check-in was smooth even though I booked the wrong room at first. They welcomed us with complementary drinks that's very delicious and they always checked if we were comfortable with our stay daily. They also provide fast service when we requested extra towels, utensils, and food reheating. Room & Bathroom: Beds were super comfy, room was cozy and clean, Wi-Fi was strong (my sister worked remotely with no issues). Bathroom was clean with good water pressure, hot water, and fresh towels daily. Amenities: Pool, gym, sauna, rooftop bar lounge, plus a restaurant with delicious breakfast buffet. Cleanliness & Comfort: Rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after tours. Value: Budget-friendly but the service felt premium. Definitely worth it. Overall: I highly recommend Halina Hotel when visiting Da Nang. We’ll definitely come back here!

Good Value for money. Photos and actual are true esp the sea view room. Food can be improved like add a more generic viand or option... Coffee is superb. The crew and team are all superb. Highly recommended.
